What’s on your Realtor wish list? | Choosing a Realtor® is like choosing a home. You want the basics covered: professional, knowledgeable, excellent negotiating skills. He should offer online tools you can use to become better educated, better prepared. But when you’re finished checking boxes it comes down to one thing: curb appeal. A vibe. A little voice inside that says, “This is the Realtor for me. And, man, is he tall.” | Why do Realtors like talking about their hobbies? | You can tell a lot about a person based on what he doesn’t do for a living. Besides, it’s only fair. You’re entrusting me with your home. And we’ll be spending a lot of time with together - on the phone, in the conference room, in kitchenettes. Chances are you’ll be a lot more comfortable knowing a little bit about me. | Am I your dream Realtor? | If you’re into homes with strong foundations and unique character, look for a Realtor who shares those same qualities.
